We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a clear and engaging speaking voice, preferably with a British or American accent, and a passion for technology. You will excel in building relationships and closing deals over the phone or through e-meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce our tech products and services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects.
  • Identify and understand client needs to tailor sales pitches effectively.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, answering any questions clients may have.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Close deals over the phone or through e-meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, engaging speaking voice; a British or American accent is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Persuasive and confident in making outbound sales calls.
  • Proficient in using HubSpot, Lusha, Apollo, and LinkedIn for lead generation and sales activities.
  • Ability to close deals over the phone or through e-meetings.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, is a plus.
