In order to become a reservist here’s what we need from you:

• Current State License/Certification in the states you wish to work in. We DO NOT accept reservist with pending licensure for Urgent Deployments. 
• CPR/BLS
• COVID VACCINATION CARD (MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED) 
• At least 1 year of certified/licensed experience 
• Must complete credentialing/onboarding with FUSEMED. 
• State mandated testing/competency testing must be completed. 
• Assignment specific requirements are presented at least 1-2 days prior to deployment.
