The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Modeling, Simulation and Training Systems Specialist for upcoming project opportunity: Agile Professional Services.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute the Modeling, Simulation and Training Systems Specialist scope for Agile Professional Services: Deliver the Modeling, Simulation and Training Systems Specialist workstream with traceability to the Army performance requirements, security and clearance gates, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance evidence.
• Complete the audience, competency, delivery-channel, accessibility, and learning-objective assessment.
• Develop the curriculum map, facilitator guide, participant materials, exercises, and delivery schedule.
• Deliver or coordinate the learning sessions; maintain attendance, issues, participant support, and completion records.
• Analyze evaluations and performance evidence, implement corrections, and submit the final training package and outcomes report.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience performing Modeling, Simulation and Training Systems Specialist responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
