The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork seeks a subcontractor authorized to supply and support the City of Asheville’s specified IronScales email filtering and security-awareness training renewal. The City lists IronScales Email Protect and security awareness training licenses. FuntoNetwork will confirm reseller eligibility, submission method, and permitted subcontracting before using any quote in a bid.

Core Responsibilities

• Confirm current IronScales manufacturer or distributor authority for the exact products and license quantities in the City bid.
• Provide an itemized, valid renewal quote with part numbers, term, start and end dates, taxes, and any implementation or training charges.
• Document license provisioning, continuity of service, training campaign support, technical support, escalation, and warranties.
• Provide a clear delivery schedule and authorized contact for rapid bid coordination.

Subcontractor Evidence Required

• Legal company name, reseller/distributor authorization, and applicable registration or insurance evidence.
• Product mapping to the City bid and current IronScales quote or OEM-backed price confirmation.
• Comparable public-sector software renewal references and named account/support contacts.
• Proposed subcontract terms and any limits on resale or use of another firm as prime.
