The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for upcoming project opportunity: Maine Government IT Services Solicitation Intake.
Maine source intake for software, cloud, cybersecurity, and consulting opportunities with October 2026 due dates.
Core Responsibilities
- Translate agency needs into requirements, workflows, staffing plans, implementation narratives, and consultant delivery support.
- Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
- Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
- Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
- Map current-state workflows: Document users, systems, decisions, handoffs, business rules, pain points, and exceptions for FuntoNetwork is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for upcoming project opportunity: Maine Government IT Services Solicitation Intake .
- Design future-state workflows: Define improved processes, roles, automation points, controls, and exception handling.
- Elicit functional requirements: Run stakeholder sessions and capture prioritized functional, reporting, integration, and usability needs for State of Maine procurement sources.
- Specify nonfunctional requirements: Document performance, availability, accessibility, privacy, security, retention, and support expectations.
- Build requirements traceability: Link each requirement to its source, design element, test case, owner, and acceptance result.
- Manage requirements acceptance: Resolve gaps, maintain decisions and change history, and obtain stakeholder approval of the baseline.
What You Bring
- Relevant experience for this project-based role.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
- Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.
Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records
Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the FuntoNetwork mobile app.
Approved payments for this project opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app.
The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
