The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a qualified subcontractor vendor or firm for an upcoming project: CATS IV Streetcar Truck Overhauls. The selected firm will provide the personnel, delivery capacity, compliance evidence, and commercial proposal needed for the work package described below.

Core Responsibilities

  • WBS 1: Execute the Transit Maintenance Logistics Project Manager scope for CATS IV Streetcar Truck Overhauls: Deliver the Transit Maintenance Logistics Project Manager workstream for CATS IV Streetcar Truck Overhauls.
  • WBS 2: Baseline the role work package, deliverables, resource assignments, dependencies, milestones, acceptance criteria, and reporting calendar.
  • WBS 3: Coordinate client decisions and cross-workstream handoffs; maintain the integrated schedule, action register, and accountable owners.
  • WBS 4: Control scope, budget, risks, issues, changes, and quality reviews; escalate variances with documented recovery actions.
  • WBS 5: Conduct deliverable reviews, obtain acceptance, complete operational handoff, and close the work package with a reconciled evidence file.

Firm Capabilities / Eligibility & Client Compliance

  • Demonstrated experience performing Transit Maintenance Logistics Project Manager responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
  • Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
  • Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
