The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork seeks a qualified education technology subcontractor with a working credit transfer platform and higher-education integration record. The RFP calls for transfer-equivalency workflows, pre-transfer planning, reverse transfer, transcript processing, and integration across university and community-college systems. FuntoNetwork will validate permitted subcontracting and offeror eligibility before including a subcontractor in any bid.

Core Responsibilities

• Demonstrate transfer credit evaluation, course-equivalency, preliminary degree-planning, and reverse-transfer workflows.
• Integrate with student information, degree-audit, identity, and transcript systems across multiple institutions.
• Provide solution architecture, integration and migration plans, implementation roadmap, disaster recovery approach, accessibility evidence, and support model.
• Address student-record security, GovRAMP readiness and authorization path, WCAG 2.1 accessibility, and data governance.
• Support acceptance-based milestones, demonstrations, training, documentation, and itemized pricing.

Subcontractor Evidence Required

• Company qualifications, comparable statewide or multi-institution implementations, references, and named technical leads.
• Platform demonstration or specifications, architecture and integration diagrams, and implementation timeline.
• Current security assessment or authorization status, accessibility test evidence, data-protection controls, and insurance evidence.
• Itemized subcontractor quote, licensing and support terms, availability, and proposed workshare.
