• Accept applicable prime-contract flow-downs, buyer approval requirements, reporting obligations, confidentiality terms, and quality controls if awarded.

Firm Capabilities / Eligibility & Client Compliance

• Eligibility owner: an authorized business representative who can bind the subcontractor, answer buyer due-diligence questions, and confirm availability for NCDA&CS - Request for proposals for the operation and management of a 6,764-square-foot Modernized and renovated restaurant facility in Greensboro..
