The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a qualified subcontractor vendor or firm for an upcoming project: CATS IV Streetcar Truck Overhauls. The selected firm must provide the organizational capability, personnel, evidence, pricing, and delivery controls needed to support this project.
Core Responsibilities
- Review the controlling solicitation for CATS IV Streetcar Truck Overhauls and confirm the subcontracted workshare FuntoNetwork may name in a response.
- Confirm product availability, manufacturer or supplier authorization, logistics, warranties, service coverage, and delivery timeline.
- Provide licensing, insurance, bonding, financial-capacity, staffing, past-performance, and required responsibility evidence for proposal diligence.
- Supply itemized pricing, assumptions, schedule inputs, key personnel, references, and implementation approach before the FuntoNetwork response deadline.
- Accept applicable prime-contract flow-downs, buyer approval requirements, reporting obligations, confidentiality terms, and quality controls if awarded.
Firm Capabilities / Eligibility & Client Compliance
- Eligibility owner: an authorized business representative who can bind the subcontractor, answer buyer due-diligence questions, and confirm availability for CATS IV Streetcar Truck Overhauls.
- Client compliance focus: product availability, approved-equivalent documentation, delivery schedule, warranty, maintenance support, parts availability, and buyer acceptance requirements.
- License/certification evidence: manufacturer, dealer, distributor, or reseller authorization; product safety certifications; warranty authorization; and insurance or logistics credentials required by the solicitation.
