The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a IT Security, QA and Training Lead for upcoming project opportunity: IT Sourcing Event Template.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute the IT Security, QA and Training Lead scope for IT Sourcing Event Template: Own security and privacy controls, test strategy, UAT, release readiness, role-based training, and operational handoff.
- Complete the audience, competency, delivery-channel, accessibility, and learning-objective assessment.
- Develop the curriculum map, facilitator guide, participant materials, exercises, and delivery schedule.
- Deliver or coordinate the learning sessions; maintain attendance, issues, participant support, and completion records.
- Analyze evaluations and performance evidence, implement corrections, and submit the final training package and outcomes report.
- Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
- Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
- Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
- Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
- Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience performing IT Security, QA and Training Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
