FuntoNetwork is preparing a response team for this open RFP and is seeking a qualified subcontracting partner. The subcontractor has not been identified yet. This role is being opened to screen capable businesses before proposal submission.
Subcontractor Responsibilities
- Provide field labor, site supervision, tools, materials, and commercial landscaping equipment
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, debris removal, cleanup, and related site services
- Support pricing, production assumptions, staffing plan, and service schedule before proposal submission
- Provide insurance, licensing, safety, references, and capacity documentation required by the RFP
Minimum Qualifications
- Active landscaping or grounds maintenance business registration
- General liability insurance and workers compensation if required by the RFP
- Commercial equipment and crew capacity for the service area
- Municipal, school, campus, commercial, or public-sector grounds maintenance experience preferred
