The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a qualified subcontractor vendor or firm for an upcoming project: Genoa Gravity Sewer Rehabilitation - Phase I. The selected firm will provide the personnel, delivery capacity, compliance evidence, and commercial proposal needed for the work package described below.
Core Responsibilities
- WBS 1: Coordinate grant opportunity intake, application workflows, stakeholder communication, timeline control, and delivery readiness.
- WBS 2: Decompose the 🟢 Green — Grant Program Manager scope into work packages, owners, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- WBS 3: Maintain the 🟢 Green — Grant Program Manager schedule, resource plan, decision log, risk register, and change controls.
- WBS 4: Facilitate 🟢 Green — Grant Program Manager governance, working sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Firm Capabilities / Eligibility & Client Compliance
- Relevant experience for this project-based role.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
- Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.
