The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a NEPA Assignment Program Analyst for an active public-sector RFP involving support for a NEPA Assignment application and related environmental process readiness.
Core Responsibilities
Analyze NEPA Assignment requirements, program readiness needs, and process documentation gaps.
Support review of agency roles, responsibilities, controls, and environmental decision workflows.
Assist with organizing requirements, findings, recommendations, and implementation considerations.
Support development of materials that help demonstrate readiness for NEPA Assignment.
Coordinate with environmental compliance, policy, and documentation team members.
What You Bring
Experience with environmental program analysis, NEPA Assignment, public-sector compliance, or transportation program support
Strong analytical, documentation, and requirements mapping skills
Ability to review regulations, guidance, and procedural requirements
Experience supporting federal or state environmental programs is preferred
Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records
Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the FuntoNetwork mobile app.
Approved payments for this RFP opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app.
