Job Purpose

The Sales and Lead Generator is responsible for identifying, attracting, and generating qualified leads to support business growth and revenue targets. The role focuses on prospecting potential clients, building strong customer relationships, supporting the sales pipeline, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities.
  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.

Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain communication with prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track and report on lead conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing department to align lead generation campaigns with business objectives.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting potential customers.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and client engagement activities.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly lead generation reports.
  • Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Analyze sales and marketing performance data to recommend improvements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or marketing.
  • Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media lead generation will be advantageous.
