Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media accounts, running ads on Facebook and Instagram, and content writing. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing student interactions for Full Circle University, including WhatsApp account management, handling fees, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

    Advertising:
  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and engage with Facebook Groups to foster community interaction and support.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.

    Content Creation:
  • Write and edit high-quality content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Create visually appealing social media posts using tools such as Canva, Visme, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging guidelines.

    Full Circle University Management:
  • Manage the Full Circle University WhatsApp account, responding to student inquiries and providing support.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to student enrollment, fees, and other academic matters.
  • Coordinate with the management team to implement new initiatives and ensure smooth operation of Full Circle University.

    General Responsibilities:
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our community management efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

  • Experience running and optimizing ads on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Experience managing and engaging with Facebook Groups.

  • Excellent content writing and editing skills.

  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva, Visme, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with managing student accounts and handling administrative tasks is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
