Reports To: Head of TikTok Shop 
Location: Onsite, Lahore, Pakistan [6 a.m. - 3 p.m. PST. Core working hours are 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. PST]

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive TikTok Shop Account Manager to join our growing e-commerce team in our Pakistan office. If you are skilled in managing TikTok Shop operations, communicating effectively with clients, and optimizing ad campaigns, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing Management: Set up, sync, and manage product 

  listings on TikTok Shop, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and a 

  seamless shopping experience for customers.

• Sample Management: Efficiently coordinate and approve sample 

  requests, ensuring timely communication and smooth collaboration

  between clients and suppliers.

• Ad Account Management: Strategically build and scale TikTok ad 

  accounts, starting with manual campaigns and progressing to GMV 

  Max for enhanced performance and reach.

• Violation Appeals: Proactively address and appeal TikTok Shop 

  violations within 24 hours, maintaining compliance and minimizing 

  disruptions to store operations.

• Client Communication: Ensure prompt and professional responses to 

  client inquiries, with all communications handled within 1 business day

  to maintain strong client relationships.

• Client Reporting: Provide comprehensive updates to clients, starting 

  with weekly reports during the first month and transitioning to 

  biweekly 

  updates to keep them informed of progress and performance.

• Client Meetings: Lead video meetings with clients as needed, 

  discussing strategies, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment 

  on 

  goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or similar e-

  commerce platforms.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to respond to clients 

  promptly and professionally.

• Experience in setting up and managing product listings on e-commerce

  platforms.

• Familiarity with TikTok ad campaigns, including manual campaign 

  management and GMV Max.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced 

  environment.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work 

  independently.

• available to work full-time on-site at our Pakistan office.
