We're seeking expressions of interest for the Head of Transformation to lead the strategic transformation agenda across Fujitsu Oceania.

This role will partner closely with senior leaders to accelerate organisational change, uplift capability, and embed modern, customer-focused ways of working that support sustainable growth and business performance.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in either Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane.

Furthermore Key Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the Operations Leadership Team and senior executives to shape and deliver the Oceania transformation strategy.
  • Lead and coordinate a portfolio of transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities, financial outcomes, and global direction.
  • Drive improvements across operating models, processes, and technology to enable faster value delivery and stronger customer outcomes.
  • Use data, insights, and performance metrics to track progress and guide decision making, including OKRs and KPIs.
  • Champion organisational change management and support leaders and teams through transformation initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration across business units, breaking down silos and enabling high-performing teams.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and experimentation to solve complex business challenges.

Requirements and Experience

  • Proven experience leading transformation in complex or matrixed organisations.
  • Strong business and operational acumen, with understanding of commercial drivers.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale change or transformation programs.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across distributed teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational change capability.
  • Experience improving business performance through process, technology, and operating model uplift.

Reporting into Chris Jones, VP for Operations this role is a visible leadership position. You will become the key voice of transformation across the business and instrumental to approaching change and value creation for Fujitsu.
