Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, analyze trends, and provide recommendations that lead to improved performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Perform quantitative analysis using statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data sets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions tailored to specific challenges.
- Assist in designing and implementing data-driven strategies that support business objectives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize SQL and other data manipulation tools to extract and analyze data from databases.
- Continuously monitor and assess data quality; implement measures to improve data accuracy and reliability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Criteria Selection
- Supplier key personnel should have proven experience providing Agile business analysis/functional analysis services.
- Supplier key personnel should have extensive experience with documenting business requirements and functional design through user stories, wireframes, screen mock-ups, etc.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience in negotiating with business stakeholders, users, technical staff and product owners to achieve desired outcomes.
- Supplier key personnel should have the ability to lead workshops and work directly with solution stakeholders.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience in designing business process maps.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience in data analysis and advanced Excel and SQL capabilities.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience in System integration specifications.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience in showcasing system solutions and assisting with User Acceptance Testing.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience across a number of system data migration projects.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience capturing requirements relating to Records Management System (i.e. TRIM, SharePoint, RecordPoint, etc.).
- Supplier key personnel with experience in relation to the LEX record management platform is desirable.
