We're now looking for a highly experienced Industry Technology Executive to take on a pivotal role within our demanding yet deeply rewarding team, working closely alongside seasoned industry experts and former Defence personnel.

About the role

As an expert in Defence solutions, you will manage technical relationships with customers, relate Fujitsu's industry capabilities to customer needs, champion customer outcomes within the broader business and become a trusted advisor for key strategic customers.

You'll engage directly and strategically with Defence stakeholders, driving innovative, tailored technology solutions essential to Defences strategic and operational objectives. About you

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • 10+ years' experience in Strategy and Management Consulting with IT and experience as a leader delivering successful solutions / programs within the defence industry.
  • Proven track record in developing innovative strategies and solutions to address complex problems through the application of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in distributed virtual teams, demonstrating solid collaboration and negotiation skills that result in positive outcomes for many stakeholders
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • This role requires broad technology knowledge, business acumen and the ability to provide strategic technical direction and leadership, as well as the executive presence to enhance Fujitsu position within Defence.
  • A proven track record in leading high performing teams and promoting a culture which is inclusive, encourages initiative and innovation and strives for continuous improvement.
