About the Role

The Senior Proposal Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to Proposal and Scope of Work (SoW) submissions for ServiceNow consulting, advisory, and implementation services. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Presales/Solution Consulting teams to manage response and SoW documentation, from early templates to ultimate submission to the customer. The Senior Proposal Manager ensures that writing best practices and internal review processes lead to high-quality, timely, and winning responses.

This role is based in Makati, with occasional onsite requirements (approximately 12 times per month) to foster team collaboration and align with stakeholders. The position follows regular business hours to maintain a work-life balance and facilitate coordination with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Compelling Response Production and SoW management: Manage proposal responses and building SoWs, including the development of storyboards, response organization, and writing plans.
  • Communicate Required Standards: Analyze customer demands and align response templates and style guides accordingly.
  • Proposal and SoW Development: Coordinate, lead, and motivate contributors to produce quality responses and SoW content on time. Write generic sections of the proposal and SoW (e.g., Quality, Health, and Safety), liaising with SMEs for specialist areas (e.g., legal and commercial).
  • Tracking Response Status: Track and coordinate response and SoW content from multiple contributors to ensure timely submission.
  • Presales Function Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and efficiencies in proposal management responses to uplift the organizations presales capabilities.
  • Leadership: Lead and facilitate response team meetings, coordinating geographically distributed teams to meet milestones and deliver high-quality proposals.

Requirements and Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience responding to tenders, bids, and managing the development of SoWs.
  • Experience managing medium-sized (4 people) or larger teams in response to bids and SoWs.
  • Strong experience in working with a presales function/team.
  • Expert-level skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; proficient in MS Teams and SharePoint, with meticulous attention to version control.
  • A highly organized, detail-oriented communicator who is passionate about customer success.

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • University Degree or relevant industry experience.
  • ServiceNow Sales or Presales Accreditations.

Preferred:

  • Certified Bid and Proposal Manager certification.
  • Certified Professional Sales Person certification.
  • Project Management certification.
