We are seeking a dynamic, Active Directory Consultant with an AGSVA security clearance to join our team of experts. With a focus on Active Directory/EntraID we are seeking applicants who are eager to make a real difference for our Federal and State Government clients.
About you
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Provide Level 3 support for incident management, in relation to Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID, and Active Directory Domain Services infrastructure.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff within the organisation and from the client.
- Providing technical advice in relation to security frameworks/policies including ACSC Information Security Manual (ISM), Center for Internet Security (CIS), and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
- Perform infrastructure changes, in accordance to client change management practices.
- Work autonomously to agreed upon client deadlines.
- Deliver deliverables in accordance to oobe and client policy
- Have an existing NV2 Security Clearance and ability to maintain one.
- Understanding and experience with security frameworks/policies including ACSC Information Security Manual (ISM), Center for Internet Security (CIS), and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
Skills and Experience:
- NV2 Security Clearance or the ability to gain one (you must be an Australian Citizen)
- Microsoft Active Directory including supporting components such as DNS, DHCP, DFS
- Microsoft EntraID (Azure Active Directory)
- Microsoft Entra Connect (AAD Connect)
- Microsoft Group Policy / Microsoft Intune Polices and Profiles
- Windows PowerShell or associated scripting/automation tools
- Microsoft Azure Pipelines / Process automation
- Nutanix / VMWare virtualization platforms
- Management of Windows Operating Systems
- Provision of Level 3 support, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting across a wide variety of technologies.
- Provide architectural / design advice to various business areas regarding the use and configuration of various technologies.
- Continual improvement of customer environments and toolsets, development of SOPs, and enhanced automated processes.
- Experience working in large-scale 24/7 enterprise environments.
- Ability to mentor/support junior team members
- Experience in project life cycle and transitioning to BAU operations.
- Ability to provide leadership roles in the development and delivery of technical solutions.
- Demonstrated high-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated high-level written and oral skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
