We are looking for a Delivery Lead role to join the team in New Zealand. This role is responsible and accountable for the delivery of services encompassing strategy and roadmap development, virtual CISO, information security management, ISO27001 audit preparedness, policy suite creation, supply chain reviews, gap assessments, audits, and systems accreditation of its specialist area - risk management and advisory. 

This role will be responsible for client stakeholder management and business development. Consultant skills and ability to delivery work to customers as well as leaderships skills to manage a team are essential for this role.

Primary duties include:

  • Oversight of NZ Advisory & Assurance delivery and operational management
  • Preparation and quality assurance (QA) of advisory reports
  • Assist with client enquiries to understand complex ideas in both written and verbal briefings
  • Business development and pipeline management for Advisory & Assurance services
  • Foster and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with relevant Fujitsu partners
  • Timely communication of engagement progress to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster and maintain excellent customer relationships and build trust with clients
  • Maintain expert understanding of industry trends, best practices and market offerings relevant to cyber security.
  • Day-to-day duties will be determined by priorities as dictated by contract delivery dates.

Mandatory Experience:

  • 5+ years career experience with practical experience in delivering cyber security outcomes and leading teams across several projects.
  • Demonstrated commitment to hiring, supporting and leading diverse teams.
  • Experience delivering in two or more cyber security disciplines (e.g. GRC, architecture, penetration testing, SOC/SIEM, engineering, forensics, etc.)
  • Experience with working with the following frameworks and policies - ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PSR/NZISM
  • Relevant industry certifications and awards - CISSP, CISA, CISM.

If you have a national security clearance it would be beneficial or able to obtain one.
