Due to exciting growth, we are seeking an industry expert, Solutions Specialist (MS Business Apps) to provide deep expertise in Microsoft Business Applications (D365 F&SCM, D365 CRM, D365 BC, Power Platform) and drive MSBA with Fujitsu's customers. You will also be familiar with other related products and Microsoft technologies and be able to identify optimal solutions and leverage all available technologies.

With your strong functional and technical experience, you will work with Pre-Sales and our Regional MSBA practice to support deal qualification, execution and transition to delivery. This will include participating in bid responses, performing customer meetings and demos, and adhering to Fujitsu Sales governance. This role serves as an advisor to our Offerings team on Microsoft Business Apps solutions to support and advance our Go to Market.

About you

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Carry out customer presentations, provide trusted advice & guidance as expert to realize customer business need and establish direction that exemplifies unique value of MSBA, Fujitsu Services and IP and related platforms.
  • Consulting aspects of MSBA, pre-sales, delivery and assurance of MSBA Offering portfolio (MS PP, D365 based solutions & Fujitsu IP) for key discipline, including responses to sophisticated customer opportunities.
  • Support deals & customer use cases to deliver simplified Cloud & partner solutions
  • Work with regional MSBA practice and deliver demonstrations (design, PoC, PoV) based on Microsoft Business Applications & Services.
  • Work with presales, regional sales support, GDCs to build & deliver a compelling and differentiated solutions successfully and jointly (if required with MS).
  • Advise solutions for building, implementing and/establishing migration paths from earlier MSDx areas to MSD365.
  • Produce detailed RFP responses from business and/or solution architectures perspective taking into consideration the intended uses of the architectures, detailed designs for implementation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT Consultancy, MSBA Consulting, customer engagement and solution background over 10 years in Microsoft areas and majority of it in MSBA domain across MS Power Platform, D365 & earlier versions of MSDx driving sales support , working with customers/Regions.
  • Proven record of supporting and or selling notable deals
  • Able to confidently guide customer discussions and lead conversations with a focus on customer value and outcomes.
  • Passion for technology sales & application of technology to solve business problems.
  • Well versed with defining, implementing and configuring solutions based on the MSD 365 and earlier version of CRM & ERP.
  • Experience on integration into MS Power platform, Microsoft Azure, cloud, and hybrid solutions with on premise aspects.
  • Experience defining Business Value of technical solutions. Ideally familiar with Microsoft Catalyst or similar Frameworks.
  • Excellent Client engagement and relationship management.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors.
  • Proven record of delivering customer business
  • Technical and Functional knowledge and development expertise in MSBA
  • Understanding of broader Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Azure Active Directory, Teams and SharePoint to the level of being able to design & implement solutions that incorporate these components.
  • Exposure to partner ecosystem (preferably Microsoft)
  • Microsoft Certified PowerApps + Dynamics 365 Associate
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies, Dynamics LCS & Methodologies , DevOps, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and best practice delivery principle
