The Practice Manager will oversee the ServiceNow practice within Enable, a Fujitsu company, driving key initiatives for market leadership in advisory, innovation, thought leadership, and flawless execution. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to co-create sales and growth targets and drive a compelling vision for ServiceNow solutions. This role will also lead a diverse team, offering mentoring, feedback, and support for the continued development of our consultants.
This role is based in Melbourne.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the ServiceNow practice across the APAC region. You will have the opportunity to:
Lead and Grow a High-Performing Practice
- Build and manage a team of Principal and Lead Consultants, ensuring they thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Drive the execution of the Practice Strategy, aligning it with business objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources, balancing billable work with professional development.
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Enable as a trusted partner in ServiceNow solutions.
- Expand business opportunities by identifying growth areas within key accounts and beyond initial implementations.
Be a Thought Leader and Innovator
- Establish Enable as a market leader through thought leadership, innovative implementation strategies, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow domain experts and product owners to stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Shape strategic roadmaps and advise C-suite stakeholders, ensuring Enable remains the go-to partner for specialized ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead the development of pre-sales consulting strategies, standardizing Enables approach to solution consulting and proposal development.
Empower and Develop Talent
- Mentor and guide consultants, helping them refine their technical and consulting skills while supporting their career growth.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that promotes continuous learning and professional development.
- Act as a coach and trusted advisor, recognizing and developing talent within the team.
- Ensure team members have access to training, certifications, and opportunities to elevate their expertise.
Drive Sales and Solution Success
- Work alongside customer success teams to craft compelling solutions and high-impact proposals.
- Support pre-sales activities, including proof of concepts, customer demos, and high-level solution designs.
- Leverage your expertise to enhance Enables consulting capabilities and demonstrate tangible business value to clients.
- Stay ahead of ServiceNow advancements, keeping the team informed of new features and competitive trends.
What You Bring
We are looking for a strategic, people-first leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:
Experience & Expertise
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple industries.
- 5+ years of pre-sales experience, translating customer needs into impactful solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance technical feasibility and business outcomes.
- Experience leading consulting teams and fostering an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
- A deep understanding of ServiceNows capabilities, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications & Certifications
Must Have:
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- ServiceNow certifications, including CSA and CIS-ITSM (Trained & Certified).
- ServiceNow Suite Certification and sales & pre-sales accreditation in at least 6 product lines.
- Enable Way People Leader Certification.
Nice to Have:
- Additional CIS certifications across different ServiceNow modules.
- Certifications in TOGAF, Agile, Scrum, or Project Management.
- Leadership coaching certifications such as Dare to Lead.
- Experience supporting global teams across different time zones.
