Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Office 365 Solution Specialist with expertise in organizational change management and testing to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Office 365 environments, managing organizational change, and performing comprehensive testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Office 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for Office 365 environments.
  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies to ensure successful adoption.
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis, including system and integration testing, compatibility testing, and regression testing.
  • Utilize testing tools such as Azure DevOps and demonstrate experience in test planning, execution, and defect triage.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering O365 solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting O365 environments from a technical perspective.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in organizational change management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Office 365 products and environment (MS Teams, Skype for Business, Flow, Sway, Stream, Planner, PowerBI, and Office 365 Productivity Suite).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in test analysis.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in MS Azure and PowerShell.
  • Experience in analyzing and solving business problems.
  • Understanding of the end-user experience.
  • Experience with testing tools, including Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in agile projects and active participation in agile ceremonies.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Experience in delivering O365 solutions.
  • Technical expertise in supporting O365 environments.
  • Organizational change management experience.
  • Experience with Office 365 products and environment.
  • Test analysis experience.
  • Experience in MS Azure and PowerShell.
  • Ability to analyze and solve business problems.
  • Understanding of the end-user experience.
  • Experience with testing tools and agile projects.
