Were looking for an experienced Consultant to join our high-performing AI & Data team, where youll work on cutting-edge data engineering, modelling and visualization initiatives that deliver real business impact. Youll enjoy a high level of autonomy, tackle complex and meaningful challenges, and work closely with clients as a trusted technical advisor across diverse industries.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Designs and develops technical solutions to problems of moderate complexity, with minimal guidance from senior stakeholders.
  • Works with a low level of supervision and successfully executes a number of assignments of moderate complexity. These assignments likely involve collaboration with junior to middle management in client organizations.
  • Contributes to definition of customers overall IT architectures, designing new solutions of small to medium size and complexity, and can manage independent contributions incorporated into the design and implementation.
  • Welcomes coaching and guidance from peers with more experience, seeking advice when uncertain.
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and diplomacy in dealings with clients and peers.
  • Provides input to technical proposals to be commercially acceptable to the customer and may make recommendations of solution/service trade-offs to more senior stakeholders.
  • Contributes to and may have responsibility for technical input, designing solutions.
  • Studies and remains up to date with relevant technological changes, and pro-actively obtains certifications in skills used within the Fujitsu AI & Data team as agreed with your mentor.
  • Ensures the timely delivery of assignment deliverables within the agreed budget and to quality standards.
  • Alert to opportunities for follow-on business, and communicates identified new business opportunities for Fujitsu.
  • May be responsible for coaching or overseeing work from more junior team members.
  • Currently developing specialist knowledge of a particular subject and or market sector.

Requirements:

Essential

  • Strong SQL
  • Excellent stakeholder management ability
  • Agile delivery methodology experience
  • Understanding of Data warehousing concepts
  • Datalake/ Lakehouse experience
  • Professional consulting skills

Desirable

Development experience in at least one of:

  • PowerBi or PowerApps Development
  • Front end and software engineering skills PHP, Angular, React or similar
  • Databricks or Spark
  • Python
