• MECM, Wintel, Red Hat skills

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Services Engineer to be a part of the Lv3 Tools and Automation team working on the Deployed ICT contract. The focus would be targeting C2 mission critical applications, Endpoint management, Red Hat Support and Monitoring Toolsets such as CheckMK, Grafana and Elastic Stack.

An active NV2 Security Clearance is an essential requirement to this role.

About you

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Engage and maintain effective working relationships with peer group and key internal stakeholders.
• Manage key external stakeholders relevant to the achievement of business objectives, where relevant.
• Resolution of all assigned incidents\tasks within defined System Health Indicators.
• Effectively contribute to resolution of incidents, even if not directly associated with Fujitsu tasks.
• Participate in the completion of routine tasks to ensure that environments are maintained to ensure a high level of availability and reliability. This will include the health monitoring, capacity and availability monitoring.
• Involvement in the identification, diagnosis and resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
• Involvement in the identification, diagnosis and resolution of endpoint-related issues.
• Update of procedural documentation associated with the support of server components within he Defence environment.
• Liaise with customer and providers including Defence, ICT Operations, Service Desk, Service Support and Service Delivery functions, as part of operational support.
• Participate in skill/knowledge sharing with all team members.

Requirements:

• NV2 Security Clearance
• Experience with End Point Management (MECM/SCCM) and C2 mission applications.
• Similar experience within Defence or Government.
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in this field.
