Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Reporting System Solution Analyst to support our project delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing reporting and data analytics solutions to meet client requirements. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, documenting business and technical specifications, and ensuring successful delivery through effective management and monitoring of projects.
The candidate will be expected to develop practical, workable approaches for project implementation, ensuring solutions are aligned with organizational goals and standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and the ability to lead workshops and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:


Analyze reporting and data analytics requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, and screen mock-ups.
Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Negotiate effectively with business stakeholders, users, technical teams, and product owners to achieve desired outcomes.
Design and develop business process maps to illustrate workflows and system interactions.
Conduct data analysis, utilizing advanced Excel and SQL skills to identify insights and support decision-making.
Develop and review system integration specifications to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.
Support the demonstration of system solutions and assist users during User Acceptance Testing.
Manage data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption during transition.
Capture and document requirements related to Records Management Systems, such as TRIM, SharePoint, RecordPoint, etc.
Provide expertise and support related to the LEX record management platform (desirable).

Mandatory Evaluation Criteria:

Candidates must confirm their compliance with the following criteria by indicating Yes or No:

Have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience delivering reporting system solutions and data analytics projects.
Demonstrated experience providing Agile business analysis and functional analysis services.
Extensive experience in documenting business requirements and functional designs, including user stories, wireframes, and mock-ups.
Proven ability to negotiate with business stakeholders, users, technical staff, and product owners.
Ability to lead workshops and engage directly with solution stakeholders.
Experience in designing business process maps.
Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and SQL capabilities.
Experience in developing system integration specifications.
Proven experience in showcasing system solutions and supporting User Acceptance Testing.
Experience managing data migration projects.
Knowledge of requirements capturing related to Records Management Systems.
Experience with the LEX record management platform (desirable).
