What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring they meet both client expectations and professional standards.
• Draft and finalize engagement letters, and manage any necessary modifications, ensuring client sign-off before work begins.
• Utilize the latest technology and practice aids to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and offer additional services to clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of GAAP, OCBOA, and financial statement presentations, along with advanced knowledge of GAAS and audit procedures.
• Collaborate with your team onsite, solve complex problems, and effectively manage client relationships.
