IT Systems Support Specialist

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Support IT Systems & Users: Assist with software, hardware, and mobile device management
  • Troubleshoot & Solve Problems: Provide technical support for logistics and operational systems (TMS, Omnitracs, Trimble, Transflo, and others)
  • Perform Data & Security Tasks: Manage system access, perform audits, update databases, and ensure data integrity
  • Stay Ahead of IT Needs: Assist with software testing, upgrades, and process improvements
  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in an after-hours on-call schedule (one week per month)

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 3-5 years of IT experience (or a related degree in Information Systems, IT, or similar field)
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Experience working with enterprise software, mobile device management (MDM), and IT security
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs occasionally and move around as needed for system maintenance

This is an on-site role with standard hours of Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
