What You'll Do

• Partner with the Controller & CFO to oversee corporate accounting functions.
• Supervise a team of 3-8 accounting professionals, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and protect company capital, ensuring sound financial decisions.
• Evaluate customer credit risk and manage accounts receivable strategies.
• Solve complex financial discrepancies and optimize accounting processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold the highest financial reporting standards.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred or eligibility to sit for CPA a plus).
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a leadership or controller role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you love diving into financial data.
• Excellent leadership abilities - you know how to motivate and manage a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel & accounting software (Great Plains experience is a plus).
