Job Openings HR Manager, Frontmatec Danmark

About the job HR Manager, Frontmatec Danmark

Frontmatec Denmark is looking for a strong and independent HR Manager who will act as a key partner to our Danish organization. You will support our locations in Kolding and Tandslet – as well as other sites in Jutland as needed.

You will become part of the local HR organization and take on a broad, business-oriented role, working closely with leaders across the organization. In this position, you will operate as a trusted HR partner, supporting the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development, well-being, and offboarding. You will report to the HR Director Denmark and serve as a key sparring partner for managers in their daily work.

In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring a structured, business-focused, and efficient HR presence. You will manage and drive HR processes within recruitment, contracts, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development, while ensuring that HR policies and processes are implemented consistently and professionally.

You will use HR data and key metrics—such as absenteeism, turnover, and engagement—to support decision-making and identify trends. Additionally, you will actively contribute to identifying and implementing improvements that strengthen our HR setup.

We are looking for a candidate with the following competencies and experience:

  • Solid HR experience – preferably in a business partnering role or as an experienced HR generalist
  • Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR systems and tools
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and processes
  • A credible and trustworthy partner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience from a production environment and knowledge of different employment types and collective agreements is an advantage

We expect you to work proactively and deliver high-quality HR support, while contributing to structure, clarity, and a strong business focus. You are solution-oriented, build strong relationships, and actively contribute to ensuring a professional and efficient HR organization.

You will be responsible for executing HR processes within your area and providing qualified input on hiring, organizational changes, and other employee-related decisions. Complex or particularly sensitive matters will be handled in close collaboration with the HR Director.

As the role covers multiple locations across Jutland, it is a requirement that you have a car and are able to travel between our sites.
