Sales & Operations Lead

We're Hiring Sales & Operations Lead- Full Time

Frontier Academy is expanding, and we're seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Lead to join our team!

If you're passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with people, and want to help professionals kickstart and grow their careers through training and education, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Leads sourcing
• Call and follow up with potential learners from our leads list
• Explain program details and answer questions
• Guide interested learners through registration and payment
• Meet conversion targets
• Coordinate the programs with learners and instructors
• Ensure operations run smoothly

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in telesales or sales or coordination (training/education sales is a big plus), background business/finance
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
