As we scale our programs, we are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with strong experience in education, academies, courses, or training businesses to help us drive high-quality leads and conversions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Media Buyer who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for educational programs — from lead generation to conversion.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has worked with online courses, academies, workshops, or training providers
  • Understands student and professional buyer behavior
  • Can optimize not just for leads, but for actual enrollments

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies for:
    • Online programs
    • Workshops & bootcamps
    • Corporate training offerings
  • Platforms mainly include:
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • (Optional/Plus) Google Ads

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Launch, test, and scale campaigns (TOF / MOF / BOF)
  • Optimize targeting, creatives, messaging, and budgets
  • Continuously improve:
    • CPL (Cost per Lead)
    • Lead quality
    • Conversion to paid registrations

Education Funnel Optimization

  • Understand and optimize education funnels:
    • Lead ads
    • WhatsApp / DM follow-up flows
    • Landing pages
    • Webinar-to-sale journeys
  • Work closely with the sales/operations team to improve lead-to-sale conversion

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics:
    • Leads vs registrations
    • Cost per enrollment
    • ROAS where applicable
  • Provide weekly insights and recommendations
  • Identify why campaigns are not converting and propose fixes

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years experience in media buying
  • Proven experience with education, academies, courses, or training programs
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for actual sales, not just leads
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Audience segmentation
    • Creative testing
    • Retargeting strategies
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
