3rd Shift Warehouse Associate – Picking, Loading & Sorting

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for 3rd Shift warehouse positions in Union, NJ. Responsibilities include picking, loading, sorting, and preparing products for distribution in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, sort, load, and organize warehouse products.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work efficiently in refrigerated and occasional freezer conditions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in refrigerated or cold storage warehouses required.
• Experience in picking, loading, and/or sorting required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working overnight shifts.

Position Details:

• Location: Union, NJ
• Employment Type: Temporary
• Shift: 3rd Shift / Overnight
• Hours: Typically 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM, depending on operational needs.
• Pay Rate: $20.25/hour

Cold Storage & Clothing Requirements:

• Working Temperatures: Regular exposure to 30°F–36°F, with occasional freezer exposure as low as -10°F.
• Required Clothing: All temporary employees must provide their own appropriate cold-weather clothing, including warm layers, insulated jackets, gloves, and suitable footwear.
• Important: Candidates must have previous cold storage experience and be fully prepared to work in these temperature conditions.
