About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Drafter to translate sketches, markups, and instructions into accurate CAD drawings and construction documentation. This production-focused role works closely with the design lead and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and familiarity with U.S. drafting standards, including the Imperial measurement system.

Work Arrangement: Part-time, based in Curitiba, Brazil.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, four hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and update architectural drawings and construction documents in AutoCAD.
  • Translate sketches, markups, and instructions into accurate drawings.
  • Apply revisions and ensure files align with existing project standards.
  • Maintain organized drawing sets and naming conventions.
  • Support residential, hospitality, and institutional projects.
  • Communicate progress, questions, and blockers clearly.
  • Collaborate closely with the design lead to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related platforms.
  • Advanced or fluent English, with confidence participating in daily conversations with a U.S.-based team.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and accurately reflect design intent.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and file management.
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time setting.
  • Willingness to work with the Imperial measurement system.
  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with residential, hospitality, or institutional projects.
  • Familiarity with construction document sets for single-family residential projects.
  • Experience converting drawings between CAD formats or programs.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling tools.
  • Previous experience working with U.S. architectural standards.
