About the Role:

As a Financial Analyst, you will support investment strategy by analyzing financial feasibility, monitoring key metrics, and optimizing resource allocation. Working with the Investment Strategy Manager, youll assess fund performance, cost efficiency, and ROI to drive scalable, profitable strategies. Collaborate with business leaders to align financial plans with growth objectives and IPO preparation. Evaluate tech startups, sustainability projects, and R&D investments for potential funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects, acquisitions, and investments.
• Develop financial models to assess investment returns, risk exposure, and capital allocation strategies.
• Monitor cash flow trends, fund utilization, and project milestone achievements to ensure ROI.
• Analyze profitability, liquidity, and financial efficiency metrics across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide data-driven insights and prepare financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Work with the investment team to identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize profitability.
• Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting to optimize capital allocation.
• Support fund managers in evaluating and tracking investment portfolios and fund disbursements.
• Utilize AI-driven financial tools to enhance financial reporting and risk assessment.
• Assist in developing and maintaining risk assessment models to safeguard investments.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional financial regulations.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to oversee financial agreements and regulatory adherence.
• Partner with business leaders and project managers to align financial strategies with growth objectives.
• Support the scalability and IPO preparation efforts, ensuring financial stability for future public offerings.
• Research and evaluate tech startups, sustainability projects, and R&D investments for potential funding opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, capital allocation, investment evaluation, or financial planning.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Business Strategy, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment.
• Experience with AI-driven financial tools, fintech solutions, or blockchain-based investments (preferred).
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional investment structures and global compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Flexible to work across different time zones and to travel for business.
• International experience with a background in working across different countries.
• Native English, with two additional languages as a plus
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency remotely.
