About the Role:

We seek an experienced Project Office Manager to oversee global projects financial, legal, and compliance aspects. The role ensures efficiency, legal adherence, and contractual compliance while liaising between teams and partners. The Ideal candidates have expertise in PMI project management, finance, compliance, and contracts, with experience in investment firms, fund management, or legal advisory. Knowledge of international tax benefits, corporate structuring, and financial regulations is essential, along with multi-entity management across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee international projects.
  • Standardize processes and reporting to ensure efficiency, consistency, and transparency.
  • Coordinate with project managers, fund managers, and stakeholders to keep projects on track, within budget, and meeting key milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to global project management best practices (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Collaborate with fractional CFOs and fund managers for financial planning, fund allocation, and audits.
  • Implement financial tracking systems to monitor capital distribution, investment compliance, and tax incentives.
  • Ensure financial reporting compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • (Switzerland, USA, Australia, Singapore, Cyprus, Thailand, Brazil).
  • Work with legal teams to manage contracts (CLM), ensuring agreements are current and enforceable.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, US data laws) and regional regulations.
  • Develop compliance frameworks to adhere to financial, legal, and data protection standards.
  • Act as the central point of contact between project managers, finance, legal, and leadership.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on project progress, finances, and compliance.
  • Maintain clear communication channels for project updates, risk assessments, and audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 8+ years in project management, finance, legal, or compliance roles, preferably in multinational organizations.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Legal Studies.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI (Required); CPA, CFA, or ACCA (Preferred).
  • Managing complex international projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fund management, financial planning, and compliance regulations.
  • Contract lifecycle management, legal compliance, and risk assessment.
  • Financial statement, investment report, and legal contract analysis.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Understanding of international compliance frameworks & financial regulations.
  • Flexible to work across different time zones and to travel for business.
  • International experience with a background in working across different countries.
  • This position offers the flexibility to work remotely.
