About the Role:

As an Investment Strategy Manager, you will develop financial strategies aligned with clients global expansion, focusing on fund management, risk assessment, and compliance. You will work with compliance experts to ensure regulatory adherence and incorporate regional incentives and Cyprus fund management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investment strategies for key ecosystem projects
• Optimize capital allocation and liquidity strategies across multiple global entities.
• Work with fund managers to raise capital and ensure alignment with investor's expectations.
• Monitor fund disbursements and project milestone achievements to ensure ROI.
• Utilize AI-driven financial tools to track investment performance.
• Implement data-driven financial reporting and liquidity monitoring frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure financial transparency.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to safeguard investments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions (Australia,
• Singapore, Dubai, Switzerland, etc.).
• Work closely with legal teams and compliance officers to oversee contracts and financial agreements.
• Monitor global financial regulations to mitigate potential legal and financial risks.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition deals to expand the investment portfolio.
• Partner with founders and business leaders to structure investment deals and equity partnerships.
• Assess potential tech startups, sustainability projects, and R&D ventures for investment opportunities.
• Oversee internal audits and ensure financial stability across projects.
• Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to track project execution and fund utilization.
• Provide financial insights to project managers to support scalable business models.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in investment strategy, capital allocation, financial planning, or risk management (technology market is preferred).
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Investment Management, Economics, Business Strategy, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and effectively manage remote teams.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Expertise in venture capital, startup investment, and sustainable finance.
• Experience in AI-driven financial tools, fintech solutions, or blockchain-based investments (preferred).
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional investment structures and global compliance frameworks.
• Native English, with two additional languages as a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple time zones to engage with investors, particularly located in Asia.
• This position offers the flexibility to work remotely.
• International experience with a background in working across different
• countries.
