Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple ventures. This remote position requires a detail-oriented professional with advanced project management expertise, particularly in Asana, and a proactive approach to organizational effectiveness and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track all Founding Office projects using Asana and other collaborative tools.

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, workflows, deliverables, and task assignments aligned with business goals.

  • Implement project management best practices to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

  • Facilitate quarterly in-house planning sessions, presenting dashboards, timelines, and risk assessments.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, milestones, and resources.

  • Proactively address project risks and deviations by recommending solutions and course corrections.

Qualifications:

  • 3- 5 years of professional project management experience, preferably supporting executive teams or multi-entity offices.

  • Valid U.S. visa (B1/B2 or equivalent) for occasional travel to the United States.

  • Expert-level proficiency with Asana (certification or proven expertise required).

  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications.

  • Experience in Founding Offices, Family Offices, or high-growth startup environments.

  • Familiarity with digital communication tools such as Slack, Mattermost, or Microsoft Teams.

  • Proven ability to manage diverse project types including R&D, product launches, and brand development.
