About the Role:

As an Expert Financial Manager, you will oversee all financial aspects of multiple high value projects, ensuring comprehensive financial planning, reporting, and audit compliance. This role requires advanced financial expertise, leadership, and a deep understanding of project management best practices, including PMBOK and Agile methodologies. You will track financial KPIs and utilize templates and tools to streamline financial processes and ensure project budgets are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of project financial plans, including budget creation,forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports aligned with project KPIs, such as cost variance, return on investment (ROI), and cash flow.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with all financial standards, both internal and external.
• Work with project managers to ensure financial performance is aligned with project schedules and deliverables.
• Implement financial risk mitigation strategies and monitor KPIs to ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Use project management financial templates, including financial trackingsheets, cost management plans, and project budget tracking tools.
• Follow standard project management routines, utilizing PMBOK best practices to ensure financial transparency and alignment with project goals.
• Support agile project teams by managing budgets and financials in iterative project environments, using sprint-based financial tracking

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 5+ years in project-based financial management, Project financialManager
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification required.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale budgets, financial audits, and cross functional financial teams.
• Flexible to work across different time zones and to travel for business.
• International experience with a background in working across different
  countries.
• Native English, with two additional languages as a plus
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and
  effectively manage remote teams.
