About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will drive international business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. Working closely with the Sales Team Manager and cross-functional teams, you will execute strategic sales initiatives, negotiate high-value deals, and adapt strategies for global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic prospecting.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to international markets.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to segment campaigns and attract qualified leads.
  • Develop customized commercial proposals and lead high-stakes negotiations.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation sales in enterprise environments.
  • Support investment-related activities by facilitating deal structuring and client engagement.
  • Utilize CRM tools and automation to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize conversions.
  • Work alongside the tech and marketing teams to align sales efforts with the companys strategic vision.
  • Maintain close relationships with key clients, ensuring high retention rates and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) efforts by identifying promising tech startups and assisting in their integration.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years in sales, business development, or related fields, with a strong background in enterprise sales and digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to adapt sales strategies to different regional markets.
  • Proficient with AI-powered automation, SaaS products, and emerging tech trends.
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Experience using CRM tools and leveraging data analytics for sales optimization.
  • Fluent in English Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages being a plus (Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment and contribute innovative sales approaches.
  • Flexible to work across different time zones and to travel for business.
  • International experience with a background in working across different countries.
  • Native English, with two additional languages as a plus
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency remotely.
