About the Role:
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will manage long-term client relationships,ensuring seamless experiences and high retention. Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, youll oversee onboarding, post-sales follow-ups, and collaborate with sales teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your role is key in identifying growth opportunities and enhancing customer success strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring highretention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance clientexperience and optimize engagement.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integrationwith our products and services.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups, addressing concerns, collecting feedback, andidentifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales, investment, and technology teams to providecustomized solutions to key clients.
- Utilize AI-powered automation tools and CRM systems to streamline clientinteractions and track engagement metrics.
- Monitor client behavior and market trends to identify risks and proactivelyaddress potential challenges.
- Assist in contract management, ensuring that all agreements align withcompliance standards and business goals.
- Provide strategic input on client experience, market positioning, and competitiveadvantages.
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring clearcommunication and timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the fundraising and investment teams to support investorrelations and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with the sales team to align client strategies with broader revenuegoals.
- Deliver performance reports and insights based on customer engagement dataand feedback.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, customer success, or sales support (tech-driven, SaaS, or enterprise B2B environments).
- Proven ability to manage high-value clients and maintain long-termpartnerships.
- Strong background in customer success strategies, onboarding processes, andretention programs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, investment,and technology and Project teams divisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track customer trends, behavior, andengagement metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle client concerns andoptimize engagement.
- Knowledge of contract management, compliance, and financial agreements is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment and adapt to different time zones.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer success
- Flexible to work across different time zones and to travel for business.
- International experience with a background in working across different countries.
- Native English, with two additional languages as a plus
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency remotely.
