About the Role:

As a Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager, you will support the Investment Strategy team by building investor relationships, identifying funding opportunities, and preparing investor presentations and financial reports. Reporting to the Investment Strategy Manager, you will contribute to the organization's growth while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Investment Strategy team, Compliance Officers, and Legal teams to maintain transparency and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with current and potential investors, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present financial reports, investment performance summaries, and strategic insights to attract new investments and maintain investor engagement.
• Research and identify new funding opportunities to support our ecosystem projects and global expansion efforts.
• Collaborate with the Investment Strategy team to craft compelling investor presentations and materials for fundraising campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and investment opportunities, providing valuable insights to senior leadership and investment teams.
• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring that investors are informed about the performance and trajectory of key investments.
• Assist in creating tailored investment strategies and proposals that align with the expectations of investors and stakeholders.
• Maintain open lines of communication with investors, addressing inquiries and providing updates on fund performance and project milestones.
• Work closely with compliance teams to ensure investor relations activities comply with global regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Help coordinate investor events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and investor outreach.
• Support the fundraising process by identifying potential investors, preparing pitch materials, and coordinating investor meetings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or related areas, preferably in venture capital, startup investment, or sustainable finance
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with financial reporting, investor presentations, and developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to identify new funding opportunities and understand market trends.
• Familiarity with global investment structures and multi-jurisdictional compliance frameworks.
• Experience in utilizing AI-driven financial tools, fintech solutions, or blockchain investments (preferred).
• Flexible to work across different time zones and to travel for business.
• International experience with a background in working across different countries.
• Advanced English, with two additional languages as a plus
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency remotely.
