About the Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining robust, high-performance applications that integrate seamlessly across our ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, optimize IT infrastructure, and ensure data security compliance. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency and innovation across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to design and implement software solutions.
• Optimize IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with global security and data protection standards.
• Responsibility for ensuring quality assurance (QA).
• Implement innovative technology solutions to improve company efficiency and streamline operations.
• Manage API integrations across multiple applications to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Work with cloud infrastructure to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
• Ensure data security best practices and implement secure authentication systems (including a unified login system across applications).
• Contribute to AI-driven and gaming-related projects, supporting the development of cutting-edge features.
• Perform code reviews and maintain high coding standards across the tech team.
• Support DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to enhance system performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to our tech stack.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven 3-5 years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including Flutter (preferred), JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js), Node.js, Python, or similar modern tech stacks.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of AI, data science, and machine learning (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of GDPR
• Familiarity with gaming development (Unity experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of API development and integrations (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL, Firebase).
• Strong understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
• Agile development experience, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
