About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, branding, and growth strategy at the company. This role is ideal for a dynamic and strategic thinker who can integrate innovative marketing techniques with data-driven decision-making. As Marketing Manager, you will lead the Marketing/Content Specialist and Creative/Multimedia Designer, overseeing customer acquisition and retention campaigns, ensuring all marketing efforts align with the company's vision for sustainable growth and technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, user acquisition, and positioning.
  • Define and refine the company's brand narrative, ensuring alignment with innovation and sustainability.
  • Oversee multi-channel acquisition efforts, including digital marketing, content, influencer collaborations, and paid media.
  • Develop data-driven customer retention programs using automation, CRM, and engagement strategies.
  • Optimize conversion funnels using A/B testing, analytics, and UX/UI
  • enhancements.
  • Align marketing with sales teams to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Leverage AI-driven marketing technologies to improve personalization and efficiency.
  • Explore strategic partnerships, PR opportunities, and collaborations to expand brand reach.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives, including blogs, whitepapers, and industry events.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, growth strategy, or digital marketing (preferably in tech, innovation, or startup ecosystems).
  • Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, and sustainability-driven marketing is a plus.
  • Proven track record in brand management, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Experience working with global companies and diverse cultural environments.
  • Skilled in communicating and collaborating across diverse cultures and regions.
  • Native English, with two additional languages as a plus.
  • International experience with a background in working across different countries.
  • This position offers the flexibility to work remotely.
