About the Role:
As a Project Administrator/Document Controller, you will oversee the management and organization of all project documentation. This role requires extensive experience in document control, administration, and project management to ensure that all documentation is properly maintained and compliant with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation, storage, and organization of all project documents, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Use and maintain standardized templates for project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Integrate agile document control practices, ensuring that documentation evolves with project sprints.
- Implement PMBOK guidelines for document management, ensuring all project related documentation is aligned with the project lifecycle and key deliverables.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, managing schedules,
meetings, and communications between stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Project Administration or Document Management,
- Experience in a project-based environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
- PMI Certification Preferred.
- Expertise in managing documentation for large-scale, multi-jurisdictional projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document management software and project management tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Flexible to work across different time zones and to travel for business.
- International experience with a background in working across different
countries. - Native English, with two additional languages as a plus
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency remotely.
