About the Role:

This role focuses on visual storytelling, brand identity, and multimedia production to enhance marketing efforts and audience engagement. It involves creating high-quality graphics, animations, videos, and digital assets for campaigns, social media, and websites while ensuring brand consistency. The position requires collaboration with the marketing team to develop compelling presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral. Staying updated with design trends and innovative tools is essential to maintaining a strong and modern brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and multimedia assets that align with the companys creative vision.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, print, and digital campaigns.
  • Utilize industry-leading tools and techniques to create high-impact visual experiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategic objectives into compelling visuals.
  • Ensure that all materials effectively communicate key messages and support business development efforts.
  • Stay informed on emerging design trends, creative technologies, and best practices in visual communication.
  • Continuously explore new tools and techniques to enhance the quality and effectiveness of brand visuals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or visual branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and social media content creation, with the ability to produce engaging multimedia assets.
  • Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency, ensuring high-quality visuals across all platforms.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design, with the ability to create compelling and professional visuals.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design best practices is a plus.
  • Multilingual (English + two additional languages) is a plus.
  • Flexible to work across different time zones.
