About the Role:

This role leads HR and internal communication for a global, tech focused company, driving culture, engagement, and talent development. It requires a strategic leader to foster a positive, inclusive environment, manage global HR operations, and ensure alignment between leadership and employees. Multilingual fluency and extensive experience in diverse cultural settings are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees global remote teams and enhances company culture and engagement across those teams.
  • Promote company values through creative internal communication.
  • Implement mentorship, training, and career development programs.
  • Lead well-being, team-building, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage internal communication channels and knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment between leadership and employees.
  • Support global recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Oversee onboarding and training for a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist leadership with performance management and feedback.
  • Ensure HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to align HR operations with corporate structures.
  • Develop recognition programs and competitive compensation strategies.
  • Optimize HR budgets in collaboration with finance and investment teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in employee engagement, internal communications, and corporate culture development.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications,
  • Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience working with global teams and with a background in working across different countries.
  • Native English, with two additional languages as a plus.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, talent management, and employee experience best practices.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills to foster connection and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to design and execute culture-building initiatives and employee recognition programs.
  • Experience with internal communication tools, employee engagement software, and HR technology (preferred).
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment.
  • Strong ability to adapt and scale HR strategies within a rapidly growing, tech driven organization.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different time zones.
