About the Role:
The Head of Ecosystem will oversee multiple departments, ensuring alignment between the company's strategic vision and the client objectives within the technology sector. This role is key to fostering collaboration, integrating processes, and driving impactful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic leadership, operational efficiency, financial management, and stakeholder engagement in an innovation-driven environment, and will coordinate across teams, including Technology, Marketing, Investments, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple remote teams, ensuring alignment with company projects and driving the strategic direction to meet the companys vision and client expectations.
- Ensure all teams and stakeholders are working toward common goals.
- Foster collaboration across various departments, ensuring seamless integration of processes and functions.
- Implement best practices to streamline project execution and improve productivity.
- Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and enhance operational performance.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and organizational impact.
- Ensure adherence to global project management best practices (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 8+ years in Project management (ideally in technology), finance, legal, or compliance roles, preferably in multinational organizations.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters in Project Management, Business
- Administration, Finance, or Legal Studies.
- International experience with a background in working across different countries.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
- Experience with international compliance of LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and ensuring adherence to global data protection standards.
- Must have: PMI certifications. Nice to have: CPA, CFA, or ACCA.
- Understanding of AI, data science, and machine learning is a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management across time zones.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
- Understanding of international compliance frameworks & financial regulations.
- This position offers the flexibility to work hybrid.
- Flexible to work across different time zones and to travel for business.
- Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
